Eating A Whole Box Of Cereal

15. Yellow, red, orange also some

September is the month of molt out of wood. The green is gradually giving ground to the other colors and color palette of the forest is expanding.

In the plant world, green is the color chlorophyll. Plants that are equipped capture carbon for growth and release a compound gas, whose precious oxygen.

The appearance of the color red is a well known phenomenon. In temperate and cold environments, plants have adapted to winter. While some trees, conifers except tamarack, keep their needles year round, others called deciduous rid them. The signal is the rise of sugar in the stems of red colored leaves.

More plants are sugar in them, the more red color comes out. Thus, the maple and blueberries are purple almost purple, while the birches, the more bitter sap, shoot the yellow, rarely orange.

A less known phenomenon is the decrease in sunshine duration which reduces the activity of these chlorophyllous plants. Chlorophyll has the property to block certain wavelengths, it masks the other colors than green. With the decreased activity seen chlorophyllous be other colors, although already present, remained invisible to us.
